Jessica works best with people who are thoughtful, intense, creative, deeply feeling, spiritually curious, neurodivergent, or simply find the standard therapeutic box to be a bit too small.

Her approach is especially suited to people who have already done a lot of thinking about themselves, understand their patterns intellectually, and still find that insight alone has not been enough to create meaningful change.

Jessica is a licensed clinical mental health counselor with interdisciplinary training spanning clinical mental health counseling, trauma treatment, hypnosis, somatic and nervous system–based approaches, integrative wellness, and spiritual formation. She holds a Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Purdue University Fort Wayne and a Master of Arts in Pastoral Ministry from Bethel University, with undergraduate training in Biblical Studies from Taylor University.

She is a certified EMDR practitioner through EMDRIA and has completed advanced training in complex trauma, dissociation, psychophysiologic disorders, hypnosis, sandtray, play-based methods, and integrative mental health.

Jessica’s work is intentionally not one-size-fits-all. Depending on the person and the problem, therapy may include EMDR, extended processing sessions, hypnosis, somatic work, nervous system interventions, parts-oriented approaches, sandtray, breathwork, or other experiential methods.

Jessica’s goal is not to make the person fit the therapy.

Her goal is to understand how that particular person processes, adapts, protects, creates meaning, and heals—and to build the work around that.

Jessica is also credentialed as a Certified Mental Health Integrative Medicine Provider (CMHIMP) through Dr. Leslie Korn’s Institute for Integrative Medicine and brings more than 20 years of experience integrating psychological, spiritual, and embodied approaches to mindbody healing.
